Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Everything on our website is in stock and ships within one business day. If an order comes in by 1pm EST, it usually will ship the same day. Some factors may impact same day shipping – for example, Monday after a holiday weekend – or the Friday before a holiday weekend when carriers have limited pickup windows. If you have specific shipping needs please contact us directly before placing an order.

Please note expedited (next day air for example) services are not available for this type of product – (large, multiple heavy packages!).

Some shipping and order notes:

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed. Once the place order button is clicked at checkout, orders are sent directly for fulfillment and are packaged for pickup.

Gates are cut to order and not returnable.

Depending on the size of the order, your order may ship by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or an LTL freight carrier (large truck)

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided once the shipping carrier scans in your package. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns must be in its original unused condition to be returned (where we can re-sell to another customer as new). Returns are good within 30 calendar days from date of purchase. Although rare, in the case of damage or missing items we must be notified within this 30 day window. This allows us to make the respective shipping claims with the shipping carrier within their rules. 

Please check every box. A box labeled “gate hardware” for example, may contain more than just gate hardware!

1. Please email returns@critterfence.com for an RMA number. This number will identify your return when it comes back for a refund. Returns must be authorized and communicated by email. This makes sure there is a record to reference when items return to the warehouse.

Refunds are less original shipping (our cost to ship to you) as well as a 20% restocking fee (our cost to pull, package and ship your order).

Please order carefully. It’s best to order too little, and need to order more, than to order too much and have to return some. We don’t profit one cent from returns – it’s simply the actual cost of making the choice to place the order, then to return it.

Fence system notes:

All installations require a combination of video and written instructions and, in some cases, creativity. The materials and methods suggested are a guide and do not guarantee any specific level of security. The four levels of security offered are the best way to ensure you get the correct level, with the understanding that any fence can be made stronger or taller at any time by adding additional layers of metal, posts, and cable. We do not make strength recommendations other than providing four levels to choose from, and we are always available to discuss strengthening the fences even beyond what is currently offered.
