Heavy driving anvil or drive cap for 1 5/8 post sleeves or 2 1/2 post sleeves (works for both). This goes between your sledge hammer and a post ground sleeve.

This tool helps stop the end of a ground sleeve from mushrooming out when you hit the sleeve to drive it into the ground. This heavy anvil drive cap has more weight and helps with large jobs where you need to install 50 or more posts. One tool will work for hundreds of sleeves. We have some that we have used in the field for over 10 years.
The tiered design of this tool allows for use with both sizes of sleeves.
Note: this tool is unique and specific to our Critterfence ground sleeves to be inserted into ground sleeves only (does not fit inside fence posts) - it is not designed for any other purpose
